Gal Gadot requested the participation of a wide-ranging number of Hollywood stars, including Natalie Portman, Will Ferrell and Amy Adams, to sing small parts of the track for a video that has since gone viral.
The video, which has been viewed more than two million times on Instagram, was created to boost morale as the coronavirus continues to cause cities around the world to go into national lockdown.
However, it has been criticised by social media users as "cringey".
It was inspired by the many clips to come out of Italy showing citizens performing to one another from quarantine on their balconies.
Other stars to appear in the video include Jamie Dornan, Sarah Silverman, Maya Rudolph, Mark Ruffalo and Gadot’s Wonder Woman 1984 co-stars Kristen Wiig and Pedro Pascal.
Jimmy Fallon, Norah Jones, Cara Delevingne, Sia, Leslie Odom Jr and Bridesmaids co-writer Annie Mumolo also can be heard singing.
Israeli star Gadot wrote underneath the post: “We are in this together, we will get through it together. Let’s imagine together. Sing with us.
“All love to you, from me and my dear friends.”
Gadot has been in isolation for six days.
