Following Cars 3 - which reaches cinemas in June - the studio will release their first non-sequel since The Good Dinosaur, titled Coco.
The upcoming animated adventure - which is inspired by the Mexican holiday Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead) - follows an aspiring 12-year-old guitarist named Miguel who idolises musician Ernesto de la Cruz.
Finally, the first trailer has been released by Disney, revealing little information about the film’s plot but teasing beautiful, magical adventure in the Land of the Dead.
Newcomer Anthony Gonzalez voices Miguel, while Babel’s Gael García Bernal voices Hector - a ‘charming trickster’ who helps Miguel discover his family’s mysterious history.
Other cast members include Emmy nominee Benjamin Bratt, best known for his role in Law & Order and having recently starred in Doctor Strange, and Renée Victor of Weeds fame.
Coco reaches cinemas on the 22 November, 2017.
