Daniel Craig, who is reprising his role as James Bond for what is expected to be the last time, can be seen working with director Cary Fukunaga.
Westworld star Jeffrey Wright features as Felix Leiter, a friend of Bond's who is also a CIA operative.
Lashana Lynch, recently seen as Maria Rambeau in Captain Marvel, also appears in the teaser.
The British actor plays a mysterious character named Nomi in the spy film.
Absent from the teaser is Rami Malek, who will play the main antagonist in the movie.
Bond 25, which has yet to get an official title, will feature several of the franchise's stars.
Ralph Fiennes will reprise his role as M, while Naomie Harris will return as Miss MoneyPenny.
Ben Wishaw will portray Q once more and Léa Seydoux will appear once more as Dr. Madeleine Swann.
Bond 25 is slated to be released on 3 April, 2020 in the UK and on 8 April, 2020 in the US.
