The three Marvel actors featured together in the 2019 film’s ensemble cast, starring as superheroes Hawkeye, Thor and Iron Man.
Yesterday (11 February), Renner shared a behind-the-scenes photo of the three stars on set for the hit film, in a post that has since received over one million likes.
The 50-year-old captioned the photo: “Miss these fine gents @ChrisHemsworth @RobertDowneyJr And the rest of the gang!! #marvelousfriends.”
Renner is set to reprise his role as Clint Barton aka Hawkeye in Disney Plus’s forthcoming series Hawkeye. He will star opposite Hailee Steinfeld, who will portray the character of Kate Bishop.
Hawkeye is slated to premiere later this year, however, an exact release date is yet to be announced.
Meanwhile, Hemsworth is currently filmingThor: Love and Thunder in Australia.
Hemsworth’s body double for the film, Bobby Holland Hanton, has revealed that he is struggling to keep up with the actor’s physical transformation as Hemsworth is “the biggest Thor he’s ever been”.
Bobby Holland Hanton – who has starred as the actor’s body double since Thor: The Dark World in 2013 – said that he has to eat “seven meals a day at just the right time” in order to attain a similar physique.
