Rambert Dance Company snaps, crackles and goes pop for much of the opening programme of its London fortnight. Ex-Talking Head David Byrne wrote the score for Twyla Tharp's The Golden Section: a 15-minute dance of pure, concentrated energy where gold-dressed figures fizz and rocket like a cascade of fireworks. Christopher Bruce's show-stopping Rooster brings audiences to their feet. Completing the evening, Rafael Bonachela and Jeremy James promise choreographic craftsmanship, poetry and two pieces not yet seen in the capital. The second week offers Cruel Garden, a mixed media evocation by Bruce and Lindsay Kemp of the poet Lorca.
