In which painting by which painter can you find this pole?

Details 353 came from King David Spying On The Bathing Bathsheba (1485- 90) - the right wing of a triptych by Hans Memling, of which the rest is lost. The voyeur king is a 18th- or 19th-century repaint. The painting is in the Staatsgallerie, Stuttgart.

The first three correct answers came from: Dr Valerie J Roebuck of Manchester; Malcolm Smith of London SE5; and Charlotte Gerlings of Twickenham, Middlesex.

Each will receive a bottle of champagne, as will this week's winners. Answers, on a postcard (to arrive by Wed 8 Oct, please), to: DETAILS 355, Independent on Sunday, 1 Canada Sq, London E14 5DL.
