IN which picture by which painter can you find this withered hand?

DETAILS 295 came from Claude Monet's Impression: Sunrise (1872). It is in the Musee Marmottan, Paris. The first three correct entries drawn were all from Londoners: Harley Carpenter of SW1, Melvyn Nutbeam of E9, and Arthur Price of NW7.
