In which painting by which painter can you find this V?

DETAILS 282 came from Saint John the Baptist retiring to the Desert by Giovanni di Paolo (mid-15th century). The saint appears twice, before and after retirement.

The first three correct entries drawn were from: Gina Jolliffe of Brixham, Devon; Nina Gorst of Lewes, East Sussex; and C Hegedus of London W6.
