Buy me: Uncircle by Estee Lauder
Your support helps us to tell the story
From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.
At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.
The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.
Your support makes all the difference. If, like me, after a heavy night on the town you wake up to find big black rings around your eyes, that seem impossible to get rid of even using half a bottle of make-up remover, you may be in need of a little miracle cure. Fortunately some angels in the labs at Estee Lauder have perhaps also had a few rough nights over Christmas, and thought there was a gap in the market for a product like Uncircle, Eye Treatment for Dark Circles. It is an oil-free gel cream which soothes, smoothes and hydrates the delicate eye area. It contains fish cartilage extract which helps to restore the capillaries, the little blood vessels that turn a purplish-brown colour, creating dark rings under your eyes. Other foody extracts include green tea and green olives; please do not try this at home, or you could end up with eyes that look more like hors d'oeuvre than calm, relaxed and refreshed.
Uncircle, Eye Treatment for Dark Circles, pounds 21, by Estee Lauder, exclusively from this Saturday at Selfridges, Oxford Street, London W1 (0171-629 1234), and stores such as House of Fraser and John Lewis from 26 January (enquiries, 0800-525 501).
