Art lovers on a budget will get the chance to buy an original work by Picasso for a few hundred pounds at an auction later this month.
Among the works being auctioned are linocuts valued at £500 and a 7in ceramic plaque expected to sell for £600. Posters designed for the artist's exhibitions are also for sale, valued at £100.
The auction at Christie's in London is mainly made up of ceramics but also includes a large, solid-gold plate weighing more than 2.5kg and valued at £150,000.
Michelle McMullan, a Christie's specialist in Impressionist and Modern Art, said the appreciation of the Spanish artist's work in ceramics had risen recently.
Picasso's paintings command massive sums, with one work, Le Rêve (The Dream), selling for more than £100m earlier this year.
