Edited by household name and BBC TV favourite Simon Calder, this is a magazine-style weekly travel supplement. Since its inception, the Traveller magazine has devised its own agenda, creating much imitated but never bettered strands such as “48 Hours In…” city guides, as well as many other guides on an eclectic range of travel topics and destinations.

Sunday Travel section – a world of inspirational holiday ideas
