Boy, 14, arrested on suspicion of spate of sexual assaults on women in London
Police appealing for other potential victims to come forward
A 14-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of carrying out a series of sexual assaults in London.
Police said at least six attacks on women were launched within three weeks in the Penge area.
"On each occasion, the women were approached by a lone male who sexually assaulted them before fleeing the scene," a spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said.
"All of those assaulted are women; none have been injured during the incidents."
A 14-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault on Monday and has been released under investigation.
