Jon Jones successfully defended his light heavyweight title against Dominick Reyes at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas at UFC 247 on Saturday.

30-year-old Reyes was undefeated coming into the bout and almost did enough to take the title from Jones, but ultimately came up short as the judges scored the bout 48-47, 48-47 and 49-46 in favour of the champion.

Jones, who sits at the top of the men’s pound-for-pound rankings in the UFC, was up against it in the early rounds but improved as the fight progressed, though many fans felt Reyes won the main event. Re-live all of the action below.

Little to separate the two men as round 1 comes to an end. Probably Latifi's round, though Lewis did manage to land a flying knee that momentarily troubled the Swede.

Some effective low kicks from Latifi now and Lewis returns fire with a body kick. The fighters are soon back clinching against the cage.

Latifi is able to take down Lewis and - with half the round remaining - the former wrestler will happily hold this position.

Not a lot of action from Latifi, and Miragliotta stands the men up!

Latifi throws Lewis back to the mat and follows the Louisianan down. The buzzer sounds and the takedowns will definitely have been enough to secure Latifi the round. He may well be two up heading into the third.

Lewis goes for another flying knee, but it ends up landing him in the clinch, which is not where he wants to be in this third round... He's quickly taken down.

Latifi throws some strikes from half guard, seemingly in no rush to step over into mount.

Lewis is able to get to his feet as Latifi fails to take the back. Two minutes for Lewis to find a knockout!

But again he's tied up in the clinch...

Lewis knocked out Alexander Volkov with just seconds remaining in 2018, can he find another late, late finish here?

Wow, Lewis emptied the tank in the final thirty seconds and landed some decent shots on Latifi, but none were enough for the finish.
