Sunderland sit uncomfortably on the bottom of the league pile, even after their February bonding trip to New York. The side went on a short holiday in a desperate attempt to save their season and rekindle their sides passion, but they have failed to score a single goal since they returned. Moyes will attempt to redeem some homage with a win today against his former side, but the odds certainly are not stacking in their favour. The home side have only beaten United three times in 31 league meetings, but will the prospect of relegation inject some life into The Black Cats? We'll see.

Manchester United have not been victorious in their last three trips to the Stadium of Light, so could today be the day for Moyes to regain some order within a somewhat broken side? The Black Cats squad is in need of a major overhaul, but the gaffer believes that this is possible if he has the finances. A win today could spark a triumphant end to the league campaign...I mean, there's nothing up with being optimistic, right?

John O'Shea will be missing the fixture today following the loss of his father. The former United defender also missed the defeat to Leicester. 

For the visitors, Ashley Young is out after picking up an injury against Everton and Wayne Rooney is out with an ankle problem. 

Mourinho has tactically tweaked his side yet again, in a bid to find the solution to his issues at Old Trafford.

There is always hope with Ibrahimovic

Despite five changes to the side today, United will be hopeful and content knowing that Ibrahimovic is in the starting side. During the 1-1 draw against Everton on Tuesday, the United main man scored a penalty in the dying minutes of the game to snatch the draw. With 27 goals and 8 assists, the 35-year-old has proved pivotal to The Red's success. During his suspension, United look lost and lacklustre going forward without their talisman up-front.
