Sacre bleu! According to the boss of John Lewis, our friends across the Channel are "finished". Yes, the country that gave us the guillotine and pencil sharpener is apparently "in decline". Andy Street has advised British investors to take their money out of a country "where nothing works". "I have never been to a country more ill at ease" he said. "Nothing works and worse, nobody cares about it."
