Meghan opens up on social media bullying she faced while pregnant

The Duchess of Sussex has opened up about the abuse she faced on social media while pregnant and when her children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, were newborns.

Meghan spoke at South by Southwest (SXSW) festival to mark International Women's Day on Friday, 8 March, on a panel of women including Brooke Shields.

On the comments she faced, the duchess said: "You just think about that, and have to really wrap your head around why people would be so hateful. It's not catty, it's cruel."

Meghan said she has kept her distance from social media "for her own wellbeing."
