A The Croatian capital is a great city for short breaks, and during the Christmas market season it is particular appealing. Zagreb feels very festive in December, with markets popping up in various parts of the city centre. For that reason, there is no ideal location. As the capital is compact, it is simply a matter of finding the hotel that suits you best.
