Italian lakes

Departing on 10 April, easyJet Holidays is offering a week-long break at the Grand Hotel Cadenabbia, a period pile on the south-western fork of Lake Como, with a pool and shoreside gardens, for £379 per person, based on two sharing. The deal includes breakfast and flights from Gatwick to Milan Malpensa, but not transfers for the hour-long journey north (holidays.easyjet.com).

Scandi sail

Sail the Norwegian coast on a seven-night cruise with P&O for £499 per person. Departing on 27 April from Southampton aboard the Ventura, it includes an inside cabin with all meals, and stops in Stavanger, Flam, Olden and Bergen, before returning back to Southampton (pocruises.com/n309).

Beach bliss

British Airways Holidays is offering a week at the five-star Crane Resort in Barbados for £1,170 per person. The price is valid for departures from 15 to 18 April, with flights from Gatwick, daily breakfast and accommodation in a Junior Garden Suite. Located above the powder-white sands of Crane Beach, the resort has a range of international restaurants and bars, a luxurious spa and six outdoor pools (ba.com/holidayfinder).

Idyllic isle

Hayes & Jarvis has a week's stay at the Preskil Beach Resort in Mauritius for £995 per person. Departing on 12 March, the package includes half-board accommodation at the four-star hotel, which is located on a peninsula on the south-east coast near Pointe Jérôme, with Emirates flights from Gatwick via Dubai and transfers (hayesandjarvis.co.uk).
