Logan Paul ends his daily YouTube vlog series
The YouTube star has decided to focus on other aspects of his career
YouTube Vlogger Logan Paul has revealed he'll be discontinuing his daily video series.
In a video titled "The End of Logan Paul Vlogs", the YouTube star announced today that he won't be posting daily videos any longer.
Paul said that "the vlog will never be finished," but he has the desire to pursue opportunities beyond YouTube.
"YouTube is not my career," Paul explained. "This is a hobby."
The 23-year-old star said he planned to "exercise his creativity in different ways," which he explained included a foray into music, a boxing match against fellow YouTuber KSI, and a possible talk show.
He expressed his gratitude for the platform and for his fans saying, "You guys mean the world to me," Paul said to his fans in the video. "You are the reason for my success on YouTube, my success in general."
Alongside the video, he showed footage of his adventures, including fan-filled trips to New York City and Dubai.
"Vlog life has been absolutely incredible," he continued.
In January, Paul came under fire after posting a video of a dead body in the "Japanese Suicide Forest."
He released multiple apology videos and a suicide prevention video before retuning to YouTube in February.
As of today, Paul's YouTube channel has raked in over 17m subscribers.
