Billy Boston and Shaun Edwards were the inaugural inductees into Wigan's Hall of Fame yesterday, set up to coincide with announcememt of a pounds 3.5m, five-year sponsorship deal with Tesco, who have already bought the club's Central Park ground for pounds 9m.

New Zealand are to play matches in South Wales and the North-east as part of their tour this autumn. The Kiwis will play Wales at either Cardiff or Swansea and a Young England team in Gateshead. The three Tests are to take place at the McAlpine Stadium, Huddersfield, Bolton and Watford, kicking-off at 6pm on 31 October, 7 and 14 November.
