Sporting Digest: Motor Racing

ENVIRONMENTALISTS have threatened to tie themselves to trees at Monza, due to be destroyed in order to improve safety at the Italian Grand Prix next month. Last week the Italian government approved measures which would lead to the destruction of 524 trees.
