Transfer fees for Plymouth's Steve Castle and Swansea's Jason Bowen, both of whom have reported for training with Birmingham as free agents, will be decided by tribunals.
Dundee United have signed the former Dundee and Dunfermline right-back Rab Shannon from Motherwell. Shannon, out of contract at Fir Park, has signed a three-year deal with the Tannadice Park club, who hope to agree a fee with Motherwell and avoid a tribunal.
