DERBY COUNTY have sold their midfielder, Richard Goulooze, to Cambuur Leeuwarden, a First Division club in his native Netherlands, for pounds 60,000. They have also sold the striker, Martyn Chalk, to Stockport for pounds 40,000.

CRYSTAL PALACE have completed the signing of the Stockport forward, Andy Preece, for pounds 350,000.

DUKLA PRAGUE, one of the most famous clubs in the former Czechoslovakia, are about to go bust, their main director, Vaclav Samekt, said yesterday. Dukla, founded by the Czech military and until recently funded by the defence ministry, have been in crisis since the communist collapse in 1989. Winners of the former Czechoslovak league 11 times between 1953 and 1982, Dukla were relegated to the Second Division last season.
