PERVIS ELLISON, of the Washington Bullets, and Rik Smits, of the Indiana Pacers, have been fined dollars 3,500 and dollars 1,000 respectively by the National Basketball Association for fighting last Tuesday. Nine other players were fined dollars 500 dollars each for leaving the bench during the incident.
