The clash will be the third time that England and Argentina have met this year, with Eddie Jones’ side claiming a 2-0 series victory in the summer despite taking a hugely inexperienced squad to South America due to the British and Irish Lions call-ups.
However, this time around England are back to almost full strength, although Jones has elected to rest two of his most influential players in Owen Farrell and Maro Itoje due to their “exceptional” schedules. The likes of Anthony Watson, Courtney Lawes and Dan Cole all return though, while Elliot Daly has somehow recovered from a slight knee ligament tear two weeks ago to take his place in the starting line-up.
One player who will not take a part though is Sale Sharks flanker Tom Curry. The 19-year-old was named on the replacements’ bench by Jones, only to dislocate a bone in his wrist in training on Thursday that required surgery and has subsequently ruled him out for three months.
In Curry’s absence, Sam Simmonds is called up to the squad and the Exeter Chiefs back-row could make his debut on Saturday if he comes on.
Here’s everything you need to know about the autumn international.

The clock is ticking down to the teams emerging, and the pyrotechnics start to shoot into the sky as Jerusalem rings put around Twickenham. We'll have a few things to tick off before kick-off, as both anthems will take place as well as the playing of The Last Post - followed by a moment's silence - for Remembrance Day.
And here come the two teams!
Time for the Remembrance Day tributes...
That's the pre-match ceremonies over and done with. The pitch is being cleared of the (many) flags and banners laid out on it, and then we're ready to go!
2 mins: An early penalty for England. Argentina collect the restart and clear their lines, but after Brown fields the kick and takes contact, Creevy doesn't release the tackle. Ford points at goal from 43m out, and it's an early chance to lead.
3 mins: Ford strikes the penalty against the right upright! It bounces back and Argentina clear through Alemanno - the lock - and they manage to regain possession by forcing England into touch. A quick lineout and kick later, Brown has the ball in his own half, and he shanks the ball away in a spot of aerial ping-pong. Argentina with the ball on their own 10m line...
4 mins: Hernandez slices his high ball and Brown does very well to rush up and seize possession. England aren't playing with the ball just yet though, and Youngs kicks it away immediately.
6 mins: Another penalty to England, but it came after a period of play that was one of the most dull I have seen in Test rugby, as neither side has been willing to run with the ball. Loosehead prop Garcia Botta is singled out for going off his feet, and Ford has his second effort at goal.
7 mins: Ford's effort from 40m out sails through this time and England lead 3-0!
