LONDON SCOTTISH have signed the South African Jannie De Beer and New Zealander Simon Scott on two-year contracts in a bid for Premiership survival. Stand-off De Beer and full-back or winger Scott have been drafted in after a spate of injuries. The pair have signed two-year contracts.

Worcester have signed Irish international stand-off Niall Malone from the Allied Dunbar Premiership One leaders Leicester.

The experienced Test prop Dan Crowley has become the seventh player to be ruled out of Australia's tour of France and England through injury. Cameron Blades, from New South Wales, replaces him.
