Your support makes all the difference.KIM ROSTRON, the new British women's amateur champion, was named yesterday in the Britain and Ireland team to defend the Curtis Cup in Minneapolis on 1-2 August.
The team to face the United States includes three of the players who won 111/2-61/2 at Killarney two years ago - Alison Rose, last year's British champion, Elaine Ratcliffe and Karen Stupples.
England provides five of the eight-strong side, Rostron, Ratcliffe and Stupples being joined by the 19-year-old Rebecca Hudson and Fiona Brown.
