Hull's Danny Tickle and Sam Moa, and Ben Cockayne and Liam Watts of Hull KR have been charged with fighting and face possible suspension at the League's disciplinary hearing tonight. Cockayne was sent to the sin-bin by the referee Phil Bentham at the KC Stadium along with Hull's Mark Calderwood. Two other players, Jason Netherton of Rovers and Hull's Jordan Tansey, have been given official cautions for running into the fracas.
The Wigan forward Joel Tomkins could miss Friday's game at Hull after being charged with a foul on Warrington's Richie Myler after he scored a try during the Warriors' home defeat.
Shaun Wane, the Wigan assistant coach, will be in charge for the match at Hull, as Michael Maguire has to fly back to Australia to be with his gravely ill father. "I've got to go back home to do the family thing so Shaun will be taking charge this week," Maguire said.
St Helens have confirmed that they will play all their home games next season at Widnes's Halton Stadium. Saints are moving out of Knowsley Road and plan to have a new ground in the town centre ready for the 2012 campaign, following the signing of the contract with the builders last week.
The Saints' chairman, Eamonn McManus, said: "This is an incredibly proud day for me. Our supporters will now see their club's new home rise out of this site. This stadium is fitting for a club of the tradition of Saints but it also signals a new era for us."
The RFL tribunal into alleged contract irregularities at Blackpool Panthers due to be held last night has been postponed until 28 July.
