Holland have been somewhat ungracious in defeat.

Despite being the main antagonists in what many have described as the dirtiest final in history, the Dutch have been busy laying the blame for defeat at referee Howard Webb's door.

Nigel De Jong, who seemingly karate-kicked Xabi Alonso in the chest even took it one stage further today, saying it is Fifa who are to blame for the final.
