Manchester United have started negotiations with Real Madrid over a blockbuster deal in excess of £100m for Gareth Bale. The transfer would see United goalkeeper David De Gea move to the Bernabeu as part of the deal, according to the Sunday People.

Bale was on the scoresheet for Real in their 3-0 win at Getafe today. Cristiano Ronaldo scoring the other two.

Bad news for United, Chelsea and Liverpool - the much coveted Borussia Dortmund midfielder, Marco Reus, has been spotted signing a Real Madrid shirt.

The Spanish outlet AS, had an image of Reus signing the famous white shirt for a fan on the front of their paper today.

Reus has been linked with a £25m move to Madrid in recent weeks, but his agent has denied that a deal has already been agreed.

The injury-hit Colombian has failed to set the world alight during his loan spell at Old Trafford, scoring just three goals as he recovers.

Tottenham Hotspur have begun talks with Dnipro over a £7m deal for winger Yevhen Konoplyanka, according to the Mail on Sunday. The 25-year-old Ukrainian, who is out fo contract in the summer, nearly moved to Liverpool in last year's January transfer window, but the club ran out of time to complete the deal.

Rickie Lambert will be allowed to leave Liverpool this month if they are able to recall Divock Origi from his loan spell at Lille, according to The Sun.

Real Sociedad manager David Moyes, formerly of United, has made an enquiry about taking Arsenal's striker Joel Campbell on loan for the remainder of the season.
