David Moyes was in the stands to watch Paris Saint-Germain advance to the semi-finals of the French League Cup as Manchester United's player scouting continues.

The Manchester United manager has been busy recently, taking in Cagliari's clash with Juventus on Sunday, with Davide Astori, Claudio Marchisio, Paul Pogba and Arturo Vidal all thought to be under consideration.

However it was less clear who Moyes was looking at in Bordeaux last night.

Javier Pastore, Adrien Rabiot and Blaise Matuidi were all on the scoresheet in a 3-1 win, with stellar Swede Zlatan Ibrahimovic failing to score although he did have a goal ruled out for offside.

Pastore particularly impressed, showing the kind of form that once persuaded PSG to part with around £40m for his services, not only scoring but helping to set up the third goal as well.

Meanwhile on what appeared to be a busy night for Manchester United, Phil Neville was also spotted taking in a game, this time Getafe's clash with Rayo Vallecano with highly-rated teenager Saul Niguez thought to be the target.
