Manchester City are set to make a £15m bid for Chelsea striker Didier Drogba according to reports.

Drogba has fallen-out with Chelsea boss Luiz Felipe Scolari, and Manchester City are keen to capitalise on the situation.

While Chelsea will try to resist any advances from City, it is understood that Drogba is keen to move on, especially after having been dropped by Scolari for the recent FA Cup victory over Southend.

No bid has yet been made, and it is thought more likely that any deal for the Ivory Coast international will take place at the end of the season.

There are also reports that unsettled striker Robinho could be heading in the opposite direction. Chelsea are keen to land the Brazilian they came so close to signing in the summer transfer window.

Robinho's future at City has become unclear following his walkout from a training camp in Tenerife. Mark Hughes has said he will have face-to-face talks before any further decisions are taken.

Yet Robinho will not be leaving Eastlands during the January transfer window. Fifa rules that preclude a player turning out for more than two clubs in a 12-month period unless they can cite "just sporting reason" for leaving their second club.
