Olivier Giroud’s agent has entertained the idea of his client leaving Arsenal and moving to Napoli as part of a swap deal for Gonzalo Higuain.

"If he was asked to leave, then we would evaluate his options," Michael Manuello told Radio CRC.

"There is no fear from Olivier about possibly going to Napoli: it is a magnificent city. In Campania, my client could lead a wonderful life."

Staying with Serie A, young Juventus prospect Daniele Rugani has apparently caught Arsene Wenger’s attention.

Arsenal have seen an initial £25million bid rejected by the Turin club, according to Calciomercato.net.

Alexis Sanchez, however, may still go in the opposite direction.

Gazzetta dello Sport report that the money earned by Juventus from sales of Paul Pogba and Leonardo Bonucci will fund a bid for the Chile international.

And finally, Julian Draxler has long been an Arsenal target. Wolfsburg, his club, have now spoken with about the player’s future with his agent.

“Clearly, we have a lot to talk about. There were a few issues that have emerged from the past,” said Klaus Allofs, the Bundesliga side’s sporting director, to Bild.
