The agent of Porto striker Jackson Martinez claims that the Colombian will move to a big European club "in the next few days".
Martinez, 28, has been linked with a move to Arsenal and Manchester United this summer and his agent says that a move is very close.
"Jackson’s future is already pretty much decided," Luiz Henrique Pompeo told O Jogo.
"Things should be clarified in the next few days. He’ll go to a big European club, which will be announced as soon as the contract is signed.
"From what’s been agreed, Porto will receive the €35million (£25.5m) from the release clause.
"Negotiations have been underway for a few weeks, there are still some details to be sorted out, and then Jackson Martinez’s departure from Porto can become a reality."
Martinez, Porto's captain last season, has enjoyed a brilliant three years with the club. He helped the side win the title in his first season in Portugal and has scored a total of 92 goals in 132 matches for the team.
The striker is currently on international duty with Colombia at the Copa America; he has 10 goals in 36 matches at that level.
Speaking back in February, Martinez admitted he wanted to move during this window.
"Right now I only focus on doing my job with Porto, but I'm ready to make the leap in the next window," he said.
"I have my head focused only on the work I'm doing at Porto at the moment and when the transfer window re-opens, we shall see what will happen."
