Rival managers Maurico Pochettino and Arsene Wenger have each made multiple changes to their teams after losing in midweek.
Both Tottenham Hotspur boss Pochettino and Arsenal manager Wenger have each changed four players to the teams that were beaten by West Ham United and Swansea City.
Starting with the home side, Pochettino has changed both full backs, with Kieran Trippier and Ben Davies making way for Danny Rose and Kyle Walker.
In midfield, Mousa Dembele returns in place of Ryan Mason, while rising star Dele Alli is back in for Nacer Chadli.
For the Gunners, Petr Cech is an enforced change because of injury - the goalkeeper will miss a month.
Kieran Gibbs is a surprise inclusion in place of Nacho Monreal at left-back.
Wenger has picked a more defensive side than usual, with two holding midfielders in Francis Coquelin and Mohamed Elneny in for Joel Campbell.
Danny Welbeck starts up front in place of Olivier Giroud.
