From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

Jose Mourinho has opted to stick with Petr Cech in goal after the veteran keeper's fantastic performance in the win against Newcastle last weekend.

Cech starts just his third game of the season with Belgian youngster Thibaut Courtois again relegated to the bench.

Gary Cahill returns in place of Kurt Zouma after he too was dropped to the bench last week following a poor performance in the 5-3 New Year's Day defeat at White Hart Lane.

The only other change sees Cesar Azpilicueta left out after he picked up an injury in the win, Felipe Luis again stands in for him.

For Swansea, Garry Monk makes two changes to the team that drew 1-1 with West Ham last weekend.

New signing Nelson Oliveira, on loan from Benfica, starts his first game for the club up front alongside Bafetimbi Gomis, Leon Britton making way, while Dwight Tiendalli comes in for Angel Rangel at right-back.
