United boss Alex Ferguson yesterday declared his intention to invite van Nistelrooy to Old Trafford in October for a trial to give the club a chance to evaluate the Dutch forward's rehabilitation following his serious knee injury in April.
United called off his £18.5million move to England because of concerns about his knee after he suffered a freak training ground accident and ruptured knee ligaments.
"We shall not co-operate," van Raay said. "Van Nistelrooy's rest is being disturbed due to Ferguson's handling of the situation."
