Chelsea head across the bridge to Swansea this weekend, hoping to repeat their 4-2 win from last September when the teams last met.

Mourinho's team have had a relatively good spate of results of late, winning four of their latest six Premier League games. Currently sitting proud at the top of the table the Blues are only separated from nearest rivals Manchester City by two points.

Swansea are looking stable in ninth position, having only lost one of their last six matches. Despite this it seems unlikely that Garry Monk’s side will be able stop Chelsea in their tracks this weekend though.
