The Premier League champions-elect Manchester City face the champions of two years ago, Leicester City, at the Etihad Stadium looking to extend their lead at the top of the table to 16 points over their nearest rivals, in every sense, Manchester United.
This game also has the added subplot of Riyad Mahrez, who was determined to leave Leicester in January to join Guardiola's expensively assembled squad – he returns to the bench this evening.

45' - We'll have a minimum of one additional minute at the end of this first half.
Half-time - Manchester City 1-1 Leicester
The referee brings an end to the opening period and we're level at the break after goals from Raheem Sterling and Jamie Vardy.
46' - We are back underway at the Etihad, where Leicester boss Claude Puel has made a half-time substitution, replacing Adrien Silva with Danny Simpson.
GOAL! Manchester City 2-1 Leicester (Aguero)
48' - Kevin De Bruyne plays a neat one-two with Raheem Sterling down the left wing before delivering a low cross into Sergio Aguero, who taps the ball home at the far post.
As things stand, City are going 16 points clear at the top of the Premier League!
52' - Raheem Sterling goes down in the box after a coming together with Marc Albrighton but the referee waves play on. Correct decision.
GOAL! Manchester City 3-1 Leicester (Aguero)
53' - Kevin De Bruyne completes a hat-trick of assists as Sergio Aguero collects the ball from the Belgian before lashing a powerful shot beyond Kasper Schmeichel.
It's a long way back for Leicester from here.
58' - Nicolas Otamendi almost makes it 4-1 to City but his header from Kevin De Bruyne's corner drifts just wide of Kasper Schmeichel's far post.
62' - Riyad Mahrez and Kelechi Iheanacho replace Fousseni Diabate and Ben Chilwell for Leicester.
