Arsene Wenger's men were completely humiliated at Old Trafford as United inflicted their heaviest defeat since 1896. Arsenal were run ragged as Wayne Rooney scored a hat-trick and Ashley Young struck twice. Danny Welbeck, Nani and Park Ji-sung also scored while Theo Walcott and Robin van Persie claimed the consolation goals.
