Leeds United welcome Sheffield United to Elland Road today as the Premier League returns following the recent international break.

Leeds beat relegation-battling Fulham 2-1 before the top-flight’s two-week pause, while bottom-placed Sheffield United came up short 2-0 against Chelsea in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.

Rodrigo Moreno could return for Leeds here, with Liam Cooper also available – having overcome a recent illness. Adam Forshaw and Pablo Hernandez are confirmed absentees, while Mateusz Klich’s participation is up in the air after the midfielder’s positive coronavirus test result during the international break.

Sheffield United, with Paul Heckingbottom in charge until the end of the term, will be hopeful of returns for John Egan, Chris Basham, Sander Berge and Enda Stevens. Billy Sharp, meanwhile, is expected to miss out altogether.
