Your support makes all the difference.Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has predicted that his team will need to win 10 matches and draw one of their final 12 fixtures if they are to win the Premier League title.
The Blues currently have a five point advantage over rivals Manchester City, plus a game in hand and a superior goal difference.
But the Portuguese said that his team can only afford to lose one of their remaining matches if they are to pip Manuel Pellegrini's team and win the division for the first time in five years.
"When our direct opponents lose points, it’s good for us," Mourinho said at a press conference. "We have five points advantage, which in this competition is not a lot.
"Mathematics plays a role in all of this – 12 matches to go, 36 points to play, 36 minus five, we need 31 points."
Chelsea still have to welcome Manchester United and Liverpool at Stamford Bridge and travel to the Emirates to play Arsenal.
Starting tonight they have to play local rivals West Ham and Queens Park Rangers away from home, as well as fellow relegation battlers Hull, Leicester City, Crystal Palace, West Brom and Sunderland.
