Premier League title favourites Chelsea will start against visitors Swansea City with Diego Costa leading the line once more.

The Spanish international, who won Player of the Month for August, has made a fine start to life at Stamford Bridge.

Thibaut Courtois is once again preferred to Petr Cech while the midfield partnership of Cesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic starts again.

Swansea City, who are level on points with Jose Mourinho's side at the top of the table, are largely unchanged - with Bafetimbi Gomis the only new face.
