Manchester United sit clear at the top of the table, the Premier League is theirs - but Sir Alex Ferguson's team have something more to play for for the rest of the season.

With five games of the campaign remaining, United have 81 points and need 15 more to break the record of 95 which was set by Jose Mourinho's Chelsea side in 2004/05. A strong finish to the season will also see them pass their own Premier League era record of 92.

It appears the record is in Ferguson's sights.

"If we get to 96 points I'd be absolutely delighted," said the Manchester United manager. "That would be a fantastic season."

To achieve the record United must win all of their remaining games. With matches against Arsenal and Chelsea still to come, it will be far from easy.
