<p/>Thierry Henry's threeâ“match ban will begin with immediate effect after Arsenal decided not to lodge an appeal with the Football Association.</p>The 24â“yearâ“old striker was yesterday handed the ban for improper conduct following his actions after the final whistle of the Gunners' Premier League defeat to Newcastle at Highbury in December.</p>But according to the FA's website, www.theâ“fa.com, the club have indicated they will not be appealing against the punishment.</p>Henry will now miss the Gunners' FA Cup clash at Newcastle on Saturday, as well as the Barclaycard Premiership matches at Aston Villa and home to West Ham.</p><p/>
