Arsene Wenger has named 10 changes to the side that beat Aston Villa on Saturday for the Capital One Cup clash against Southampton.

Calum Chambers is the only player to keep his place in the side that won 3-0 at Villa Park, with Wenger handing debuts to two players.

Colombian goalkeeper David Ospina and centre-back Isaac Hayden make up an extremely young back four, with Chambers, Hector Bellerin and Francis Coquelin also playing.

Tomas Rosciky will captain the side, while Jack Wilshere, Alexis Sanches and Lukas Podolski come back into the side; Costa Rican striker Joel Campbell makes his first start for the Gunners.

Ronaldo Koeman has named five changes to the team that beat Swansea at the Liberty Stadium, with Academy star Matt Targett and Sadio Mane, who finally makes his debut after clearing up a work permit issue, the ones to watch for the high-flying Saints.

Line-ups:

Arsenal: Ospina, Bellerin, Chambers, Hayden, Coquelin, Rosicky, Diaby, Wilshere, Sanchez, Campbell, Podolski.

Southampton: Forster, Clyne, Fonte, Gardos, Targett, Wanyama, Schneiderlin, Davis, Tadic, Mane, Pelle.
