A TV presenter was asked to leave the touchline during a Red Star Belgrade match as the players couldn’t concentrate – because she was too beautiful.

Katarina Sreckovic was asked to leave the side of the pitch and also revealed that the players struggled to answer her questions in interviews because they would just stare at her.

“I admit it was a problem at the start but I think they've got used to me now,” said Sreckovic. “It was tough though because for a while it seemed as if they might not be able to work with me at all.

“I was also asked to go away a couple of times because I was a distraction on the pitch, and players complained that they couldn't concentrate.”

The 25-year-old hosts a show that focuses on Serbian side Red Star Belgrade, and she is a frequent visitor to the club’s Red Star Stadium.

She and her boyfriend both support Red Star, who are currently going through a time of financial struggle despite their recent standing as a leading club in the Serbian league, and they have been excluded from this season’s Champions League after failing Uefa’s Financial Fair Play regulations.

Their exclusion was due to Uefa discovering that the club has numerous overdue payments to a number of employees and clubs, although they are still battling for the Super Liga title as they currently sit second, two points behind Partizan Belgrade.

Sreckovic keeps her Instagram page updated with a number of pictures showing her support for the club, however, there are also some photos of her posing for the camera when she is scantily clad.
