Jose Mourinho had a big call to make ahead of the match between PSG and Chelsea when it came to selecting his goalkeeper.

Petr Cech, Chelsea's long-standing stopper, has been pushed out of the side for much of the season but a few opportunities of late have enabled him to remind his manager what he's leaving out of the side.

Thibaut Courtois is the keeper who's usurped him - and he continued to do so for the first-leg of the Champions League Round of 16 tie in Paris.

During the first-half the Belgian had to deal with three headers from the home side and dealt with all of them as though he were a force-field rather than a 22-year-old protecting his goal.

He might have been unable to keep Edinson Cavani's equaliser out - but in the dying moments he made another fantastic save from a Zlatan Ibrahimovic header.
