The 29-year-old Argentina international has scored 19 goals in 28 Serie A appearances this season and has been linked with a number of bigger clubs across Europe.
Milito's agent, Fernando Hidalgo, told Radio Kiss Kiss: "Inter have shown their interest to us. Milito would be an excellent player alongside Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
"Hopefully we will see them play together on the pitch, the intent is there.
"However, there have also been other teams which have spoken to me. Other Italian clubs have been in touch as well.
"I have a privileged relationship with Inter, but I have to respect other club directors too."
Meanwhile, Hernan Crespo has vowed to play through the pain barrier in a bid to win a new Inter contract.
The veteran Argentine striker was expected to miss the remainder of the season after limping out of last weekend's 2-2 draw with Chievo with a thigh strain.
However, with his contract set to expire in the summer, Crespo is hoping to earn a new year with his bravery.
"I am not feeling well but if they need me, I can give them a hand even though I am injured," he said.
"I would truly sacrifice myself to win the title on Sunday (against Siena) and then I will start focusing on my recovery from Monday.
"I cannot deny that I would love to stay put because I am settled and I showed it after netting against Chievo.
"The fans love me, but Inter will have the final say. It is not up to me, but I think I proved once again to be a true professional this season."
Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon has ended speculation suggesting that he could leave the club in the summer by pledging his future to the Turin giants.
The 31-year-old had been linked with a number of clubs, including Manchester City, but now insists that he will remain a Juve player.
He told his own personal website: "I think you will have seen things on TV and in the newspapers over the last few days and now I want to make it official - I am not leaving Turin next year.
"My fear wasn't that we wouldn't win next year, but that maybe it would take three or four seasons.
"Everyone at Juve wants to create a positive group that can compete for everything and I am a lot calmer now.
"All that remains to do now is to finish the season as positively as possible."
