Guardiola issues warning to Barcelona stars

From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.
At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.
The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.

Two second-half goals from Bojan Krkic secured the points for the Catalan side, but Guardiola still believes they are not yet firing on all cylinders.
"It may have seemed like we had an easy game, but it was not easy at all," he said.
"We had control of the game but in the first half we took too many touches of the ball.
"We needed to be faster and we achieved that in the second half.
"In football nothing is simple. It is necessary to work and to continue making ourselves better."
Spain coach Vicente del Bosque is refusing to rule out a belated international recall for Real Madrid striker Raul.
Spain's all-time record goalscorer hasn't featured for his country since the qualifying campaign for Euro 2008, but del Bosque has denied suggestions that Raul's international career is over.
"With Spain, we play two strikers and so someone must miss out," he said, referring to his current strikeforce of Fernando Torres and David Villa.
"He has represented Spain over a hundred times and he has never done anything wrong as far as I have seen.
"We must respect his history with his nation."
Meanwhile, Atletico Madrid boss Abel Resino insists he is not worried about being sacked in the wake of his side's Champions League exit.
Atletico's season is in danger of petering out as they remain in mid-table domestically after losing their last 16 clash in Europe to FC Porto.
After Sunday’s morale-boosting 3-2 win over Villarreal, he said: "I have been completely backed by the president and by the club.
"Now I am calm, happy and I think that I am doing a good job.
"I think that the team is improving all the time. I have never been concerned because I feel very assured of what I do. I may make a mistake or make correct decisions, but I'm clear about my path and I'm not going to change.
"All of my decisions are thought out and meditated. I am a fighter and I will always work with the highest level of commitment."
